The Substance Awareness Traffic Offender Program (SATOP), is a state certified program that is required for those individuals who may have been ticketed or arrested for a Substance Abuse related traffic offense. These offenses include Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), Driving Under the Influence (DUI), a Chemical Refusal, or a Minor in Possession (MIP). Completion of the SATOP program is required for any individual with a Missouri license in order to regain their diving privilege in this state.
SATOP costs are determined by the state of Missouri and DO NOT vary between providers.
